Seller

Business name, address, VAT/OIB, IBAN, email and phone.

Orders and making

All cardigans are knitted by hand, to order. Making takes 4 to 6 weeks from the moment your payment arrives. We will email you when knitting starts and when your cardigan ships.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. Payment is by bank transfer – you will receive our bank details by email after ordering.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in Croatia only. The shipping price is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Returns and complaints

To be aligned with Croatian consumer protection law – including the rule for goods made to the customer's specification.
