How long until my cardigan arrives?
Everything is knitted to order, so allow 4 to 6 weeks for making, plus 2–3 working days for delivery.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Croatia only. The shipping price is shown at checkout before you order.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. After ordering you will receive an email with our bank details – use your order number as the reference. Knitting starts once the payment arrives.
Can I return a made-to-order piece?
Because each cardigan is knitted for you, returns are accepted only for faults. Write to us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Do you offer exchanges on size?
The size is universal (S–L). If the fit isn't right, tell us – we can adjust the length or sleeves in the studio.
Can I choose my own colour?
Yes. Core and Line come in any one of our 40 shades, Bold and Soft in up to three. Flow is a limited edition in one colour. See the colours
How do I care for merino?
Rarely wash, spot clean, fold instead of hanging. Full care guide
Is the wool itchy?
Merino is fine-fibred and hypoallergenic – soft enough to wear against the skin.
Do you take wholesale orders?
For small stockists, yes. Write to hello@runica.hr with your shop and quantities.
